Over the half term last week a number of upgrades took on the eSafety4 infrastructure, this has improved a number of areas of service. This week we are seeing further issues and we are seeing some periods of unreliable service. Whilst the exact cause of these on-going issues is still being actively investigated, eSafety4schools continue to monitor and trouble shoot all new issues as they arise. Further upgrade activities are planned for this coming weekend and eSafety4 are assessing if they can be actioned sooner to help with service reliability.
