During March we will be making some improvements for users of the KCOM change process…

This week we have started to channel some portions of the Firewall change work through the KCOM security team, this is instead of the work being carried out by the firewall technology partner DellSecureWorks.  This should allow better assistance with the work particularly where end user testing is required.  The firewall technology partner remains in place for security event management and escalation.
