A service change has been applied this morning for users of the Capita Web filtering services.

The change has been designed to not impact on your service and should also require no intervention from you locally. However, if you find you do have issues accessing the service can you please check that your internet Browser has webshield.embc.uk.com set as its Internet Proxy and you are not using an IP address. Sites with User based filtering will continue to operate as before and will be able to login using existing credentials and will provide you with the same level of access that you currently have.

If you have admin access to manage White or Black lists on the current platform you will still be able to do this on the new platform using your existing credentials. In order to do this you will need to visit the new platforms management page at http://webadmin.esafety4schools.com/
