Loss of service…
For the last two days, BT have suffered major service issues UK wide which has affected many companies, not just KCOM and emPSN. This has been widely reported by BT.
KCOM have now advise that all services have been restored. If your service is still affected please contact the Kcom service desk.
We can only apologise to all of our affected schools and LA sites across the East Midlands for this interruption to your schools internet service. KCOM/emPSN will be part of the UK industry review as to why this has happened and we can update you as soon as we have more information.
