Raising an Incident

Click onto the URL https://nasstar.service-now.com/serviceportal to take you to the Nasstar Portal home screen. Log in and from here click on the ‘Log a ticket’ link.

Once on the ‘Log a ticket’ screen, enter as much detail as possible, adding any additional supporting documentation via the ‘Add attachments’ link at the bottom of the page.

Where you support multiple sites, please ensure you select the correct ‘Your location’ from the drop down box.

Once complete press the submit icon.

To review an existing ticket against one of your sites, click on the ‘tickets’ drop down box and select ‘My open tickets’.

Additional comments and updates can be added to open tickets by typing details into the message bar and clicking send.  There is also the ability to add additional documentation via the ‘paperclip’ icon.
