You may see a logo the represents the product you are logging in to, you will always see the ‘secured by SIMS ID’ at the bottom of the login box so you know what username and password to use.

My Profile Updates

The My Profile area of SIMS ID has been updated to make it simpler to use when managing your identity. The ESS UI/UX team has helped redesign this area based on comprehensive user feedback.
My Profile has been split into 3 distinct areas:

  1. General
  2. Login & Communication Preferences
  3. Security

General Area

Within the General Area there are three tabs: General, Additional Info, Sites & Roles and Account activity.
The General Tab has been simplified and now only contains:
• Name
• Usernames that you can log in with
• Email addresses that you receive notification to
• The date you last logged in
• The date you last changed your password
There is also an additional information sub-tab that gives information that is useful for the support this includes: The Account Create Date, The Account Last Updated Date, information on how your account was created and transferred from MIS

You can also access your Account Activity and view the sites and roles you have access to, including setting which sites tiles display when you log into SIMS ID.

Login & Communication Area

The Login & Communication section has been simplified and contains a single page that allows you to manage email addresses that can be used for login and with/or send system notifications to. System notifications also allow you to reset your password by email.
From the Login & Communication preferences menu, you can also see the external accounts associated with your account. You can click on each of these to add or unlink these accounts.

The Security Area

The security area is the same as it currently is within SIMS ID and has three tabs that allow you to and change your password, maintain your security questions in case you forget your passwords and manage your 2FA settings.
