Please see the following updates from Nasstar NOC.

Nasstar Incident Notification – Update

Impact/Affected Services: WAN Connectivity Incident Summary:

• Additional testing has confirmed services are affected due to an Openreach network event. 
• NOC is raising and managing a case with Openreach and continues to monitor for further updates. 
• The expected fix time provided by Openreach is 12/05/2026 17:05 (subject to change). 
• As a parallel investigation, remote hands have been deployed to the local exchange to rule out any issues with Nasstar equipment. 
• Nasstar Engineer is currently on site, site is running on generator power. Investigation on-going.

Next Action: 
• Continue close engagement with Openreach and monitor for further updates.

• Complete on-site checks at the exchange.

Incident Summary:

• P1 process has been initiated as alert triggered for multiple sites.

• The Network Operations engineer is currently investigating the issue.

• Diagnostics and line tests have been completed and confirm the services are impacted by an active Openreach network incident within the access provider’s network.

• Openreach is currently investigating the issue, and our Network Operations team is actively engaged with them while monitoring updates.

• No resolution time has yet been confirmed; progress updates will be shared as soon as they are received.
