Ark Escalation and Complaints

For escalations please ensure the matter has already been raised as a ticket with the desk, we are unable to escalate something which has not yet been logged.

If you would like to escalate please contact the Service Desk 01775 252252 and ask to speak to Phil Callow.


Where you have a complaint about your service we ask that you log a complaint by Emailing  info@ark.me.uk or calling 01775 252252.


We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, initial responses will be made within 5 working days and a full response are typically made within 10 working days.
