We are pleased to report the positive performance for the ESS services for the year ending October 2021. During the period a total of 798 tickets were reported to the desk, and the desk beat the SLA targets for resolving those tickets. Statistics cover the services of Web Filtering, DNS Hosting and SIMS ID.
This is a positive result from ESS who continue to offer and develop quality services to the emPSN network.
