As part of our continuous improvement plans some equipment in the Core Network will be replaced.
New provider equipment will be installed, configured and tested to ensure future compliance and enhancements.
Work will be carried out at 2200 on the 4th and 17th December 2019. During this time customers will be running on a reduced resilience service on the network as the traffic re-routes. We will keep you posted on progress.
Equipment is being refreshed as the current hardware is approaching the end of its serviceable life. The replacement items will ensure we can continue to offer a high level of service in the years to come as well as cater to the increased demand for network and internetwork services.
