Over the last weekend eSafety4schools upgraded one of its back-end components – Netsweeper, whilst also refreshing the software on their load balancers. This major upgrade will enable an enhanced user experience, providing schools with faster filtering and more accurate Web Site classification.

The upgraded platform includes a revised GUI with a slightly different layout but the same functionality and an enhanced feature set.  A revised user guide will be sent showing how to undertake day to day tasks. The new platform will enable quick and easy reporting of Internet activity via a very visual intuitive GUI – with the ‘Top Ten Reporting  feature’ particularly useful.

Following this upgrade, eSafety4schools will be contacting partners and schools to offer them delegated reporting as a standard feature set, talking them through how to set up scheduled and on-demand reports.
