We are embarking on a strategic journey to grow our customer base on a nationwide scale. To facilitate this, we are looking for a proactive, dedicated and highly focussed Sales Development Representative, who relishes the chance to be the prime driver behind the sourcing, qualification and relationship management of New Business Opportunities.

What are we looking for?

While knowledge of Managed Services, WAN, ISPs or associated industries would set you apart from other candidates, they aren’t absolutely necessary. More important, is your desire to learn, drive performance, deliver exceptional service and your demonstration of a self-starter approach towards your outreach activity.

How will you make a difference?

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying leads from within our database and beyond, and then making appointments for the Head of Business Development, who you will be reporting to. This is the person who will close the majority of deals. That said, for your own development, you will from time to time, be required to partake in calls and visits to clients with them and on your own.

Identifying, qualifying, conducting discovery meetings, and tracking your leads will be your daily tasks, all of which will require input into our CRM. Arranging and coordinating campaigns are also major priorities. Therefore, a good and current working knowledge of Salesforce is essential.

Awareness of the use of social media for marketing purposes and a keen eye for business supporting content will also feature in your list of accountabilities.

This is a fast-paced role in an organisation committed to outstanding customer service, therefore strong relationship management skills will be crucial to your success, as well as a proactive approach to self-learning.
