Two new Guidance Notes for schools and academies are now available on the NEN website. These supplement the NEN guidance notes and information sheets already available. The documents are:

• Ransomware: what it is, how to protect against it and what to do in the event of a ransomware attack.
• The NEN and cloud computing: how NEN providers (regional broadband consortia/RBCs and local authorities) support schools in the use of cloud services.

Both are available to download in PDF format, as well as to read on the NEN website or by visiting the NEN page on the emPSN website.
