If your schools uses RM products through KCOM and the emPSN framework and you have recently received a letter direct from RM regarding these services, this was a mistake on RM’s side, so please ignore.
Your current service with RM will continue as normal and is not affected by any renewal for your broadband connectivity through KCOM and emPSN.
