There has been a recent up date to the governments statutory guidelines for keeping children safe in education.

The revised statutory guidelines can be found here.
The revised guidance will become active on 5th September 2016 and until then the existing version (July 2015) remains in force. This guidance will be applicable to all schools (including academies, free schools special schools, PRU’s and independent schools) and colleges across England.
