Kcom is part of the KCOM Group, along with a number of other brands which operate throughout the UK, From Monday 4th April, all these brands are being brought together under the new look KCOM name.
The good news is that schools do not need to do anything. There won’t be any changes to existing contracts or commercial agreements or to the services received and all current contract details will remain the same. However from the 4th of April, any communications schools receive from KCOM, including bills, will be branded with the new logo and identity.
The decision to serve all customers under a single business name represents more than a simple rebrand, it’s part of a broader series of changes KCOM are making to simplify their business enabling all customers to access the breadth of capability and expertise KCOM can offer to deliver a more efficient and responsive service. It also means that a simpler approach to branding can be taken rather than duplicating effort and costs associated with maintaining and building multiple brands.
As part of this rebrand, KCOM have introduced a new customer care account on Twitter @KCOMcare.
