We are the F1Group, an IT company of 18 people based in Lincoln and servicing Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. We have been providing IT services for almost 25 years. Our Primary School Telephone system runs on the cloud and your desktop phones connect through your broadband, it boasts all the standard features you would expect:

F1 Support

We have two main support options. Managed by Us or Managed by You. The level of support is identical, but we allow you to choose how you manage your support.

Management Support. Our school manager will provide advice about planning, products, training and technical information, they will call in to check on your systems, provide Apple management and ensure your installation is performing as it should. You will meet Craig or Matt.

Remote support. You can call our support staff and log tickets to our support system directly, or just talk through a problem on the phone, you will talk with David and Robert.

Onsite support. We will provide you with the regular visits you want. If you need more urgent help we will come onsite at any time. You will meet Tyler, Chris, Aden and Ruben. We will send specialist staff when needed. Our Senior staff are there to solve those really difficult problems and you will meet Martin or Rick.

Managed by Us – From £1500

You pay a fee that includes all your support, but you pay separately for non-support work.

  • Management Support, Remote Support, Onsite and Regular visits are included
  • Any additional technical support required onsite outside of your regular visits is provided for free
  • You Pay a reduced cost for non-support work, such as installing new equipment or moving existing equipment and pay an hourly rate of £30.

Managed by You – From £500

You pay a lower inclusive fee and then buy a block of time for everything else you need.

  • Management Support and Remote Support are included
  • You purchase a block of hours that gives you regular visits and any other service we provide. You can manage the hours to suit you and pay a fixed hourly rate that covers everything at a fixed rate of £350 per day (£44 per hour)

Dedicated Nursery Support – From £350

  • Management Support, Remote Support, Onsite and visits are included
  • Combine this with our Core services

Backup Solutions

You have to consider the amount and type of data you have and how you want to run your backups and Disaster Recovery requirements. We provide both onsite and cloud solutions, call Matt or Craig to discuss a solution to suit your school. Prices for schools with Office365 are outlined below.

Website Hosting and Support

If you already have a website that you would like us to look after and make changes to we can help you with that as part of your support package. If you would like a content managed new website that complies with Ofsted requirements, call us to discuss your requirements.
