Client Management – Vendor Level RAPAPI Endpoints/Vendor Client Management

ESS has created a new area of TI for partners to use, this new area is called Vendor Management. This new area is available from the TI hub page and will allow partners to generate and manage a Vendor Client that is unique to the Vendor.

This new vendor client is a specific client that is directly linked to a vendor (without the need for applications or manually created clients) and will allow partners to interact with our Partner endpoints in the RAPAPI to automate the installation and management of their products.

Data Transfer – Update Securable

We have added functionality to improve the communication to schools when vendors change their required data. Keeping schools in control of their data.

Provisioning (RAP) API Extend Clients/Sites endpoint to work with SSO clients

ESS has extended the partner clients/sites endpoint to now work with SSO clients instead of only working for data access.

This new update means partners user who have an SSO client mapped/installed at multiple sites can now use the above endpoint to return a list of all.
