Phishing scams are evolving and getting smarter, and we ask all customers to be aware of emails that impersonate our business.

If you receive an email that reports to be from us, please check that it comes from our domain empsn.org.uk

Here are some other key things to look out for if you are not sure if an email is genuine:

🚩 Check the recipient field.
Click the dropdown (usually a little arrow in your email client) and make sure the email is addressed to your actual address, not a generic “me@” domain. If it’s not, it’s likely a phishing attempt.

🚩 Inspect the links before clicking.
Is it directing you to a site that is not the company’s official domain?
