Migration of the EMPSN Netsweeper Filtering service from emPSN DC (Node 4) to emPSN DC THS (Telehouse South)

Dear Customer,

Nasstar Planned Works notification which we would like to make you aware of. Please see below for detailed information. There will be service disruption to Netsweeper Filtering traffic within the change window.

Change Window (UK Local Time): 26th September 2025 21:00 BST – 26th September 2025 23:59 BST

Change Description: Move of Netsweeper filtering traffic within the emPSN Core

Change details:

Migrating Netsweeper services from Node 4 (N4) to THS (GPDC).

Updating L2VPN and BDI interface configurations on core-thn-pe4, core-THS-PE2, PE903-1.N4DC and PE903-1.GPDC.

Removing unused VRF routes and interfaces on N4.

Enabling new services and tunnels on THS to ensure seamless operation.

Shutting down legacy tunnels and routes on N4 and verifying new tunnel paths at THS.

This will restore emPSN’s filtering and tunnel architecture to its intended post-redesign operational state.
