KCOM Fault Reporting Details

All organisations connected to the emPSN network have a designated fault-reporting route which should, when followed, result in any problems being resolved with the minimum of delay. There is a route for fault-reporting and a seperate route for service requests – information and changes.

We have prepared a brief document outlining a few tips on how to  report faults and changes to KCOM.  Please take a look.
