As part of ongoing performance improvements, we will be replacing some key equipment within the NetSweeper Web filtering infrastructure. In order to achieve this customers will see a period of outage while the change over takes place. Work is being planned for the evening of the 19th January 1900-2100 and the 20th January 1900-2100 if required as contingency.
We apologise for this disruption to service however this work is necessary to continue offering secure, stable and expanded services for the future.
