As part of our continuous improvement plans, we will be upgrading the operational software running on some of the network equipment providing services to the network. During the upgrade periods, some services will operate through backup services.
Works will take place over a number of overnight slots between 0001 and 0600 on the 4th, 5th and 6th August (inclusive) and also 11th and 12th August (inclusive.) All care and attention have been made to plan the changes to remove or reduce disruption as much as possible.
On the 6th August, TalkTalk connections may see short periods of Intermittent service during the upgrade process, full testing will take place around the changes to ensure success.
We apologise for this disruption to service but this work is necessary to continue offering secure, stable and expanded services for the future.
