Advance Notice: Capita Support Desk contacts are changing

As part of the ongoing Support Desk improvements, from the 10th March 2020 the telephone number and email address for Capita support will be changing.

Currently the Support Desk operates with multiple email addresses and telephone numbers. To streamline and simplify, these will be amalgamated into a single email address and telephone number.

What does this mean for you?

  • Simplifies and standardises contact points
  • Local rate number for all, including international and mobile phone users
  • Improved integration with our new customer service portal
  • Interactive functionality including the ability to inform of current service status
