As part of a continuous improvement plan some equipment in the Lincolnshire region will be replaced. New provider edge equipment will be installed, configured and tested to ensure future compliance and enhancements.
The working pattern is Monday and Wednesday evenings over an 8 week period. During this time up to 1-hour downtime may be experienced after 2100. Work is being carried out to a plan, we will email sites individually with details of changes affecting them in some way.
Work has been scheduled to take place at times where least disruption will be experienced by members. We apologise to emPSN members using services outside standard working hours as some services may be disrupted while we conduct this work.
