KCOM Services

KCOM provides the core network infrastructure for the emPSN as a managed service. This is supported by skilled UK based local customer service accessed via a dedicated help desk.

KCOM offers connectivity services to and between sites for public sector bodies within the region using the PSN accredited Managed WAN service thus creating a private network for an individual organization.

KCOM also provides the following services to emPSN customers:

  • Telephony services at competitive tariffs using share SIP Trunking connections
  • Mobile voice and data services including integration with fixed line telephony
