Capita have a standing maintenance window for SIMS ID.
On a Monday 20:00 for database patching, this should not be customer impacting
On a Thursdays 19:30 – 22:00, during this period (mainly 19:30-20:00)users may get a slow response to pages as changes are applied. Capita’s deployment methodologies are designed to minimise disruption and maintain service availability. If Capita were to deliberately deploy in a manner that would be disruptive Capita would seek to give prior notice.
Other services such as Filtering, DNS and Websites have no standing maintenance window and notification will be made via my account of planned changes.
