Essential Maintenance – Customer Performance Data wc 11th March 2019

We are in the process of upgrading and improving the systems used to monitor the usage of customer circuits.  While we perform this essential upgrade work some customers may experience issues accessing their performance data on the portal https://portal.kcom.com .  Data for your site may not be available, this work is taking a little longer than originally anticipated, we are now targeting the 29th March for completing this task.
