Capita SIMS ID Improved Log In Experience
From the 14th January 2019 users of the SIMS ID services will start to see a number of changes to the login experience. This will deliver a number of improvements to the service including the time it takes to authenticate to services. The new clean look login pages will be consistent across the SIMS ID family products.
Your usernames and passwords will not change, and you will be able to perform existing actions such as a recovery of a forgotten password. The layout of the page, images and logos will look slightly different but you will still recognise the page as being part of the Capita SIMS ecosystem. See the examples below.
