Network Service Status 27th November

KCOM have been working overnight on a fibre break which is impacting a large number of sites on Network.  The Fibre break is impact around 50 sites on network, this was identified .  A fibre engineer arrived on site around 0600 and is investigating the repair work.

 

0805 – Fibre break has been located and is undergoing repair work – no ETA to fix at this point

0915 – Repair work is continuing – waiting for an ETA on completion

UPDATE 1000 – Engineers have repaired the circuits. All services should now be back up. No Reason For Outage for cause of break at present . We will continue to monitor the issue closely.
