As part of this year’s exchange maintenance we have completed several additional tasks to keep services running that bit smoother. We have carried out an exercise to replace the UPS batteries as we were seeing some drops in service at unplanned times.
As always, we will continue to monitor for any failures in the exchanges and if these do occur then we will look to investigate root cause and any subsequent fix solution.
